Booking terms

A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, and can be paid earlier if you wish.
Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment immediately.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation.
Final pricing may vary depending on location, travel, specialist requirements and final staffing confirmation.

Scheduled balance payment

To pay by deposit, your payment method is securely authorised for this booking and the remaining balance is collected automatically 7 days before your event.

Your card details are encrypted and handled by our secure payment provider — never stored by us.
You will receive an email reminder before the balance is collected.
A receipt is emailed automatically once payment is taken.
You can pay the balance early at any time from your booking page.
If we're unable to take the payment, we'll email you a secure payment link so you can complete it — your booking is not cancelled automatically.

I authorise Premier Event Staff Limited to collect the remaining balance from my authorised payment method on the scheduled payment due date.
