Booking terms

• A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your booking.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
• Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment immediately.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation.
• Final pricing may vary depending on location, travel, specialist requirements and final staffing confirmation.
